We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Truck Loader at our Distribution Center in Oklahoma City. As a Truck Loader, you will be responsible for lifting, stacking, and loading boxed merchandise onto Hobby Lobby trucks. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lift, stack, and load boxed merchandise onto Hobby Lobby trucks
Use industrial equipment to transport and load merchandise
Maintain a strong daily work pace to consistently achieve shipping schedules
Cooperate with team members to maximize efficiency and achieve all shipping responsibilities
Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Pass drug test and background check
Seasonal overtime required
Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures
Attention to details and work pace
Maintain high levels of productivity
Good listening and communication skills
Able to work well individually and within a team
