Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
  • Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry
  • Assist with mobility and walking, kitchen and bathroom maintenance, toileting and personal hygiene
  • Remind clients of medication and provide routine transfer assistance
  • Assist with bathing and showering, and provide transportation and errand running services
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross)
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement
  • Physical
  • Bank slip or screenshot from your account with routing and account numbers
