As a Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of production supervisors to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Oversee the night shift operations, including scheduling, production planning, and quality control
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a strong background in production supervision and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
  • Experience with shop floor control systems and labor reporting
