Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team at DreamScapes Landscaping & Design, Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-end residential and commercial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 1-3 crew members and ensure projects are completed on schedule with a high level of craftsmanship.
  • Operate skid loader, mini excavator, and drive trucks with trailers (Class A driver's license preferred).
  • Set grades, read plans, communicate with clients, and problem-solve to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Take complex residential and commercial landscape projects from start to finish, demonstrating expertise in hardscape installation and project management.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a landscape foreman and expert hardscape installer.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to set grades, read plans, and communicate with clients.
  • Class A driver's license (preferred) and ability to operate skid loader, mini excavator, and drive trucks with trailers.
  • Knowledgeable in plant identification and mechanical ability (a plus).
