Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
