Body Repair Technician

Job Summary
Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) Body Apprentice to join our team. As a TAP Body Apprentice, you will be responsible for learning and mastering industry-approved repair techniques to restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicles using industry-approved techniques
- Learn and master hands-on skills and training material
- Follow mentor's direction and guidance
- Read estimates, identify damage, and repair vehicles
- Check work for quality and accuracy

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete required training and certifications relating to TAP
