**About the Role**

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a banquet setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a general understanding of banquet operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Time service of courses to match the dining pace of guests
  • Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including setting up and clearing tables
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of function space, and plating of meals

**Requirements**

  • Food service experience with knowledge of banquet operations
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Physical ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
