Teaching and Mentorship: This role is ideal for those who have a strong commitment to education and mentorship. As a core faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach and guide residents, contributing to their professional development in a supportive environment.
Practice Environment: Experience a unique blend of academic and private practice settings that prioritize patient care with minimal administrative burdens. This allows for a more hands-on approach to medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outpatient care only
- Opportunity to precept residents
- 1-2 half days per week dedicated to seeing your own patients
- 16 hours per month of protected time for academic pursuits
- Participation in a residency program that commenced in 2018
