Catering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Catering Specialist to join our team at West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
• Assemble and deliver catering orders to customers
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Valid Food Service Worker Permit from Monongalia County Health Department
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

This role will require working in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
