Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team at the DOE Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess foreign intelligence, international terrorist, and technological collection threats against DOE personnel, resources, S&T, facilities, and programs.
  • Produce counterintelligence products for circulation within DOE and for external dissemination throughout the USIC.
  • Develop liaison contacts within the USIC to further research and analytical objectives and goals of the Program.
  • Work with the Program Director to contribute to the integration of field and headquarters analysis.
  • Make oral presentations to convey ideas, facts, conclusions, estimates, and projections to DOE and USIC personnel.
  • Prepare written communications and documents, including reports, national security studies, and policy recommendations at the direction of CI management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in intelligence analysis, which may be a combination of private sector, civil service, or military.
  • Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills and proven performance delivering high-quality products under pressure.
  • Extensive knowledge of CI tradecraft, analytic standards and integrity, methodology, and tools.
  • Knowledge of adversary methodologies and collection interests.
  • Special expertise, such as area or country specialization, foreign language fluency, emerging science and technology research.
  • Demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC.
  • International political, economic, and military matters as they impact U.S. national security policy and issues.
  • Core analytical competencies, including critical thinking skills, strong collaboration skills, and customer focus.
Education and Clearance:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college relevant to geopolitical or national security studies.
  • Foreign language proficiency, written and spoken (such as Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, or related languages).
  • Active TS/SCI or Q Clearance.
