Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assign tasks to bakery team members.
- Collaborate with the bakery trainer to develop team members, fostering a high-performance environment and reducing turnover.
- Assist in onboarding new team members using established training materials and checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cases and shelves, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Follow established procedures for opening and closing the department.
- Ensure all team members receive their scheduled breaks.

- Set and uphold the highest standards of retail execution.

- Job requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Capability to work in both wet and dry conditions.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient use of tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- May require the use of ladders.
