About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing production processes for standard and custom packaged semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stable manufacturing processes at the prototype phase and release to production.
  • Review, develop, and update statistical process control methods and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and train operators as needed.
  • Participate in weekly Technical Review Board (TRB) meetings to discuss discrepant material and determine root cause/corrective action.
  • Define and specify requirements for assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support current manufacturing operations.
  • Perform daily upkeep and maintenance of assembly equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Support the implementation of new automation assembly equipment, including programming, process qualifications, and tooling design.
  • Participate in design reviews for product and process compatibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a microelectronic manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience with AutoCAD, Statistical Analysis Software, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
