Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and conditions to determine the best course of treatment. Develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' needs and goals.
• Therapeutic Exercises and Modalities: Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to aid in patient recovery.
• Patient Education and Communication: Educate patients and their families about the therapy process, exercises, and home care techniques. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Physical Therapy License: A valid Physical Therapy License is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Epic Experience: Experience with Epic is required.
