Job Title: Nephrology Nurse

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited as a Nephrology Nurse. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to patients with kidney-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient care needs and build rapport with patients and caregivers to understand their situation and provide emotional support.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of licensure and quality care.
  • Administer medication and treatments as per provider orders, utilizing nursing judgment and critical thinking skills to provide quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, providing timely documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Encourage patient independence through goal setting and education, utilizing teach-back methods to promote positive behavior changes.
  • Anticipate and respond to emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner, advocating for patients and their caregivers to influence effective nursing care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
  • 6 months experience as an RN in an acute healthcare setting
  • Preferred Nephrology or Urology experience
