Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans; regularly review and update them.

- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans.

- Provide direct oversight and training to behavior technicians in clients' residences.

- Analyze data and implement program modifications based on data-driven insights.

- Maintain open and positive communication with parents.

- Collaborate with families to integrate individualized goals into daily routines, providing parent training.

- Exhibit excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Foster a communicative and collaborative environment.

- Commit to providing purposeful care.

- Hold a current BCBA certification and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in home-based ABA.

- Be familiar with various Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
