Job Title: Music Conductor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Music Conductor to lead our chapel worship services. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background and experience in leading choirs and praise teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide musical direction for chapel worship services.
• Lead the praise team/choir in worship and vocally lead them as required.
• Coordinate with the Chaplain/Catholic Priest to plan and organize worship services.
• Develop and maintain a healthy and positive relationship with volunteers, lay leaders, and other musicians.

Requirements:

• Five (5) or more years of college in music (or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to sing and vocally lead congregation in worship.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead a choir/praise team.
• Ability to sight read, arrange, improve, play, and score music.
