Position Overview:
The Key Carrier role is a vital extension of the Coordinator position. In this capacity, you will primarily serve as a Coordinator while occasionally stepping into a leadership role as a Key Carrier, overseeing various store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster a positive customer experience both internally and externally.
2. Uphold a culture of integrity and confidentiality.
3. Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies.
4. Guide the store team in executing tasks aligned with store objectives.
5. Address customer service challenges promptly and provide coaching to team members.
6. Maintain accurate staffing levels to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and guidelines.
8. Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding priorities and updates.
9. Provide constructive feedback and recognition to associates.
10. Collaborate with management to identify training needs for associates.
11. Adhere to all labor laws and company policies.
12. Promote credit and loyalty initiatives.
13. Support shrink reduction efforts and maintain a safe working environment.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Are team-oriented and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Adapt quickly to changes and unexpected situations.
- Possess knowledge of retail systems and procedures.
- Understand merchandise flow within a retail environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Can coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple tasks effectively.
- Remain composed under pressure.
- Are capable of multitasking.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
