Job Description

This position involves providing daily coordination and delivery of occupational therapy services, focusing on conditions and health diagnoses. You will develop and implement individualized treatment programs for patients, evaluating assigned patients and gathering data from various sources. Using selected activities and tasks, you will promote and maintain health while achieving treatment goals.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients using various functional settings and strategies.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other team members regarding patient status, progress, and needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An active license in the state of practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • 1-3 years clinical patient care experience preferred.
