Job Summary

As a Backroom Associate at Walmart, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and ensuring that merchandise is processed and delivered to our customers efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and process shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and post delivery schedules, compile and organize receiving reports, and verify merchandise counts
  • Route merchandise to proper locations, pay expenses, and maintain safety of the facility
  • Track and process claims, return damaged goods, handle liquidation merchandise, and maintain and clean the clearance area
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
