Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive women's health services, including office visits, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address various women's health issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
  • Participate in departmental recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
  • Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote women's health awareness and services.
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Completion of an Obstetrics/Gynecology residency program.
  • Medical licensure in Nevada or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills.
Benefits
  • Production-based compensation model.
  • Monday-Friday office schedule with no clinic schedule on call days.
  • Hospital call is off-site only, with calls shared equally among team members.
  • Full scope GYN practice with major and minor procedure days.
  • Access to GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU physicians.
  • Collegial group meetings scheduled monthly.
