About the Role
HonorHealth is seeking a skilled Housekeeper Float Pool Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional patient care services, including housekeeping and support functions.
- Perform morning and evening patient room rounds, inspecting rooms, removing clutter, emptying trash, and refreshing bathrooms.
- Respond to patient service requests for housekeeping services and hospitality support.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, as well as stage equipment for pickup.
- Monitor corridors and keep them free from clutter.
- Participate in patient safety rounding and monitor patients for signs of distress.
- Alert Nursing personnel when intervention or clinical monitoring is required.
Requirements
- Less than High School education required.
- Licenses and certifications as required by the department.
