Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Manufacturing Operations Director, you will report to the VP of Operations and take full responsibility for the round-the-clock oversight of our production, engineering, and quality assurance departments. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing operational effectiveness, refining processes, and guaranteeing product excellence.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations.
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience, with a focus on building and nurturing high-performing teams.
- A successful history of implementing and promoting Lean Manufacturing practices (including value stream mapping, 6S, and kaizen events).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Compensation Package:
The annual salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000.
