Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Revel & Roll. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
