Barback Assistant

The Barback Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at the bar. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up the bar area with food and beverage items before events, maintaining stock levels during service, and cleaning up after guests have left.

We are seeking an experienced Barback who can assist our bartenders in serving beverages to guests. Your responsibilities will include observing guests' needs, stocking coolers and liquor cages, cleaning up after events, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Prior experience working in a restaurant as a bus person or similar capacity is preferred.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• You should be able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

This is a tip-eligible position that pays an hourly wage of $5.25 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive benefits, including 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions, as well as accrued paid leave.
