About the Job

As an APAC nurse with HireNow Staffing Inc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-operative and recovery care to patients following surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition, ensuring a safe and smooth recovery process.
  • Administer medications and pain management treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to established protocols, policies, and safety standards in the recovery unit.

Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain.
  • BSN degree preferred, though ASN with relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on recovery or post-operative care preferred.
  • BLS, ACLS certifications required.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and advocacy.

What We Offer

HireNow Staffing Inc offers a competitive salary range of $63,731 to $82,000 per year, plus benefits including a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, shift differentials, health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
