Job Description

A Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by identifying and analyzing defects. They develop and execute tests to validate software functionality and collaborate with software developers to resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality
  • Analyze defects and collaborate with software developers to resolve issues
  • Document test results and defects
  • Coach team members on testing tools and process improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with software developers
Skills Required
  • Android/iOS mobile testing
  • Account/SIM provisioning process (end-to-end) on MNOs
  • SIM/eSIM functionality
  • Lab test bench design related to mobile testing using live NW
  • QXDM/XCAL log analysis capabilities
  • 4G/5G 3GPP protocol stack R15 scenarios
  • SW scripting, automation SW development, Python
Long-term Engagement

This is a long-term engagement with current funding set to extend through all of 2024. The successful candidate will be working on developing the next generation of eSIM technology for Spectrum Mobile and Verizon Wholesale.
