• Prepare and cook a range of vegan dishes following established recipes
• Ensure timely meal preparation and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Provide exceptional service to our guests

• Proven experience as a Vegan Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to meet meal preparation deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
• Knowledge of menu planning and dietary requirements is a plus
