We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team at Boulders Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our operating room team, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, including preparing the operating room, handling instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Surgical Tech Certification.
- One year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Valid BCLS Certification.
