Proposal Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer & Content Analyst to join our team at Humera. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for creating compelling proposals and reports that effectively communicate our client's value proposition to potential clients.

• Develop and refine content to ensure proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
• Analyze request for proposals (RFPs) to create tailored responses that meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the sales team to gather necessary information and approvals.
• Ensure all proposals are of high quality, compliant with RFP requirements, and submitted on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in proposal writing, business communications and/or marketing.
• Working familiarity with health insurance required (3+ years ideal).
• Technical aptitude/proficiency for RFP tools/software.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
