Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also be responsible for safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment, as well as emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas. Additionally, you will work as part of a team to support the cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed. Your focus will be on providing excellent service to our guests and supporting your team members. You will be expected to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff. Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms * Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils * Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment * Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas * Work as part of a team to support the cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed * Focus on providing excellent service to our guests and supporting your team members * Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service * Ability to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols What We Offer:
