Job Overview: LaRosa's is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise hourly staff, manage front and back of the house operations, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Manage front and back of the house operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding process, ensuring new employees are properly trained and integrated into the team.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as opening and closing procedures, payroll processing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with profit and loss management, analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in management, accounting, or finance preferred.
  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
