Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team at Collaborative Therapy Network, LLC. As a specialist in adolescent therapy, you will work directly with children and adolescents, providing individual therapy and developing personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy to patients aged 8 to 18.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
  • Licensure in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating youth mental health challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions.

What We Offer:
