Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Clerk to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a Recovery Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Replenish and restock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including removing empty cardboard and disposing of trash.
  • Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor, ensuring that it is properly restocked and displayed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
Work Environment

The Recovery Clerk will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to company authorized cleaning agents. The role requires standing for long periods, bending, climbing, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $16.50-$19.80, depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
