Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will work with students in a school setting, providing occupational therapy services to help them develop the skills they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with students with varying abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Assess and evaluate student progress
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • New York state OT licensure
