Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Regional Float Nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents in assisted living and memory care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on training to care staff and deliver care services to residents
- Continuing education and supervision of Resident Assistants under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Maintain resident charts and review documentation performed by caregivers
- Pass medications and fill in when medication technicians or other licensed nurses are unavailable
- Act as a clinical leader on the floor, developing other caregivers/nurses by demonstrating company core values
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel to various locations across the region to assist with care coverage (expenses paid)
- 1-year experience training others in a healthcare setting
- 1-year experience in a senior living setting
