• Set up and stock stations with high-quality ingredients and equipment
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, adhering to strict quality and timing guidelines
• Answer and respond to instructions from chefs and other kitchen staff
• Clean up stations and manage leftover food effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to achieve customer satisfaction goals

• 2+ years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a professional kitchen environment
• Demonstrated expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Familiarity with industry best practices and commitment to ongoing learning and development
