About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to join our Experience Management team at AWS Marketing. In this role, you will oversee the development of our cloud-based platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in driving success across multiple projects and teams, with a focus on delivering business value through technology.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, including experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, and you should have a solid understanding of software development principles, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. The estimated salary for this position ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on location and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include leading software development teams, defining project scope and timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
