Compensation Package

Job Description

This role requires a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current license in the state of employment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Administering medications and monitoring patient reactions.
  • Recording vital signs and medical information.
  • Consulting with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Modifying treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.
  • Monitoring patient diets and physical activities.
  • Directing or supervising less-skilled nursing personnel.
