About the Role

Foodsmart is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team of nutrition experts. As a key member of our Foodsmart Nutrition Network, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive nutrition care to our members, helping them achieve their health goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions to patients with a variety of health and lifestyle needs
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans to support patients in achieving their health goals
  • Collaborate with patients to identify and address barriers to healthy eating and nutrition
  • Document care in electronic medical record according to Nutrition Care Process
  • Manage a panel of clients/patients with a variety of chronic health conditions and backgrounds
Requirements
  • Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
  • Active state licensure in Massachusetts
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and communicate effectively with patients via HIPAA-compliant video and audio calls and electronic messaging
