Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
