About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and execute all recipe procedures to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and ingredients.
