**Job Title:** Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Toyota. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring maintenance activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, including experience with predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including developing maintenance schedules and resource allocation plans
  • Execute maintenance activities, including coordinating with technicians and operators
  • Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs, using data analysis and statistical process control to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance
  • Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, if necessary

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
