Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Operations Coordinator to join our team at Radiant Ventures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the market management at our company, including implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal product availability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
