Cancer Treatment Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cancer Treatment Center at Swedish Health Services.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000-$175,000, with opportunities for additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient assessments to develop individualized care plans that address physical, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
  • Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
  • Promote patient safety by identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with cancer treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to established documentation standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Oncology Nursing experience.
