We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Worker's Compensation Associate to join our team at Drew Eckl & Farnham in Atlanta. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced attorneys to provide top-notch defense services to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School
  • An active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
  • Significant experience in Worker's Compensation defense

Candidates should possess:

  • The ability to manage complex cases
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • The ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery

We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to receive quarterly and annual bonuses based on billable hours. While we prefer candidates who can spend 4+ days in the office each week, remote work opportunities may arise once you gain a basic understanding of our firm systems and team processes.
