Server Representative

Job Summary:

Olive Garden is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, wine list, and ingredients to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and efficient table turns.
• Manage tables effectively, ensuring timely service and minimizing wait times.
• Upsell and promote our menu items, wine, and other offerings to increase sales and revenue.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of wine and menu items a plus.
