We cater to a diverse patient population, addressing conditions such as renal complications, abdominal discomfort, complex urinary tract infections, post-operative recovery, withdrawal symptoms, psychiatric conditions, respiratory distress, hospice care, anemia, pneumonia, deep vein thrombosis, and seizure management.

The Registered Nurse, adhering to the ANA scope of practice, employs the nursing process framework to deliver professional care, integrating patient-family centered principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and facilitate discharge.
Under the guidance of the Nurse Leader, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with Corewell Health policies and recognizes the significance of nursing interventions and patient-family collaboration on health outcomes.
The RN collaborates with patients and families to incorporate their insights and objectives into the care plan, developing educational strategies tailored to their needs and documenting this learning appropriately in the health record.

Qualifications
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within five years.
• Candidates from non-accredited nursing programs must possess at least one year of acute care experience or two years in a licensed healthcare role, along with successful completion of the NCLEX licensure examination.
