  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.

  • Develop and assess Finite Element Models utilizing Ansys Workbench and/or APDL.
  • Analyze results to determine the performance capabilities of components or systems.
  • Assess yield and ultimate strength, as well as high and low cycle fatigue characteristics.
  • Create and deliver analysis presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Document methodologies and findings in technical reports.
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts to identify optimal strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional interactions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Experience with jet engines is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Unigraphics NX.
  • Prior experience in resource management.
