About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SA Recycling.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations using radios or telephones. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be relaying work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews and supervisors using telephones or two-way radios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate the movement of personnel, equipment, and resources to meet operational demands.
  • Communication: Effectively relay work orders, messages, and information to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Order Management: Receive and prepare work orders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Coordination and Oversight: Monitor personnel and equipment locations, utilizing this data to optimize schedules and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, traffic, or field service scheduling is essential.
  • Certifications and Training: Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and SA Recycling safety, health, and environmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures is mandatory.
Working Conditions

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
