Operations Manager Trainee

About the Role:
As a Manager in Training, you'll be responsible for overseeing facility operations, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and developing the skills of our team members. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and success.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership. You'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player who is passionate about helping others succeed, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
* Oversee facility operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential
* Collaborate with leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for success
Requirements:
* 1+ years of successful sales experience
* 1+ years of formal leadership/Supervisory experience
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
* Soccer knowledge and/or experience as a player, coach, or working in a soccer-related business
* Team sports knowledge and experience
* Working knowledge of business financials
